Payal Tongase
Founder & Managing Director
Payal is an Engineering and MBA graduate having 8+ years of comprehensive experience of providing TAAS (Talent as A Services). She has wide experience of closing CXO level assignments like- COO, CFO, Plant Head, HR Head, PMO Head, GM-KPO Operations, GM-Sales, including APAC level mandates. Using cognizance of core experience she founded APT-TAT to assist clients with HR services.
Nitin has done Masters in Structural Engineering, having corporate experience of around 15 years. He was associated with engineering major- Larsen & Tubro and multinational organisation Eisenmann. Currently he is Managing Director at “Tongase Patil Buildcon Solutions Pvt. Ltd”
